Datym is an AI-powered conference intelligence platform for medical affairs and life sciences professionals, built and operated by Datym LLC. Our website is datym.ai.
What we collect
When you use Datym or our free tools (KOL Tracker, Conference Calendar), we may collect your name and email address when you provide it, search queries you enter into our tools, and basic usage data such as pages visited and features used. We do not collect payment information directly — all billing is handled by Stripe.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver results you've requested, send you a copy of your results when you provide your email, send product updates if you've opted in, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Datym is SOC 2 Type 1 certified. Third-party services Datym uses the following third-party services which may process your data: Anthropic (AI responses), AWS (hosting and storage), Stripe (billing), Google and Microsoft (authentication).
